Yes. Your agency keeps its name, its brand and its website. That's how we plan to run every agency we buy.

Our plan is to keep your team. We buy agencies for their people and their clients. We won't make promises about individual jobs on a website, but we will talk through your team, person by person, before we make any offer.

Only when you're ready. Nobody at your agency or among your clients hears from us before you say so. On the day of the sale, they hear from you.

From your agency's profit record, the spread of its clients, how much of the work repeats, and how much of the business depends on you personally. We explain our working in the written offer, so you can check it.

That depends on the agency and on what you want. The written offer sets out exactly how and when you'd be paid. We don't publish standard payment terms.

We'd like you to stay for a handover, because clients stay when they meet the new owner through someone they trust. How long is agreed with you before the sale.

Yes. A first conversation needs no numbers. Before you share anything sensitive, we sign a confidentiality agreement.

No. We talk to owners directly. If you already have an accountant or adviser helping you, we're glad to include them.

It's the shared set of tools our agencies will use for delivery, quoting and the back office, with AI doing first drafts that people check. It is in development and not yet in use at any agency.
